We are Chester’s largest independently owned and operated scrap metal processors and recyclers. We pride ourselves on our comprehensive scrap metal recycling service . Skip Services
We offer a skip hire service from 8 yard skips to 40 yard roll on/ roll off bodies. Skip hire and transport is free for anything over 1.5 metric tonnes, within a 5 mile radius. (Authorised Treatment Facility for Collection and Depollution of Scrap Cars)
Scrap Cars
Since our merger in 2016, with the well reputed and long established Chadwicks of Chester, City Metals now offers a full scrap car collection service.
We can collect your car free of charge and pay the best price based on an individual vehicle assessment.
Cars are fully de-polluted and then disposed of in the most environmentally friendly way possible, with a DVLA Certificate of Destruction being issued to the licensed holder of the vehicle.
